Delivery and Returns

Despatch - Within the UK

Charges: 

All items are despatched by Royal Mail with a flat rate charge of £3.55 for First Class Post and £3.00 for Second Class Post.

Wherever possible we will post out orders received by 1pm on the same day.

During busy periods‚ including November and December‚ we aim to despatch within 3 working days.

We always confirm by email that your order has been received and also when it has been despatched. If there is any delay to our normal service we will notify you immediately.

Should an item be out of stock and we are unable to despatch within 3 days you will be advised by email. You will be offered a full refund or a partial shipment for those items in stock. If you opt for a partial shipment‚ once the outstanding items are back in stock‚ you will be notified and the rest of your order will be despatched. We will pay the postage on this element.

Overnight guaranteed delivery

If you require a guaranteed overnight delivery please contact us for costs and to arrange.

Despatch - International 

All overseas items are sent by Royal Mail International Priority. This is a service which requires the recipient to sign for the package. Our site charges are based on this‚ however if you would prefer to use an alternative service please contact us to arrange.

Delivery

The aim of Royal Mail is to deliver UK mail within the timeframes listed below .  Please note these times are advisory only and can vary so if you need an overnight guaranteed service please do get in touch with us.

Please note the overseas delivery times are approximate. 

UK: First Class Post - 1 day‚ Second Class Post - 3 days

Western Europe: 3 - 5 days

Rest of Europe: 3 - 7 days

Rest of World: 5 - 7 days

Posting Overseas - important notes

At busy times please note delays may occur in any country due to Customs clearance.

As outlined in our Terms and Condtitions you are responsible for arranging all customs clearance and taxes.

Notice to ' Leave a package '

If you ask for a note to be added to your address label asking for the package to be left or delivered to an unsecure place we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any subsequent damage or loss.
